Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) is an international financial center established in 2013 in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision. It is geographically located in the financial free zone area of Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, U.AE.

With the ADGM having 3 independent authorities that provide for the regulation, legalities and administration of entities in the ADGM jurisdiction, individuals and entities seeking to register in the ADGM often require professional assistance and support which we are well suited to provide.

A. The Registration Authority

The Registration Authority, with its 5 departments, governs all aspects of incorporation, registration and licensing of entities in Category B (Non-Financial business activities) and Category C (retail business activities)

B. The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA)

The FSRA is committed to operating a fair, efficient and responsive regulatory environment for its financial market participants and stakeholders both in the UAE and internationally. It carries out its functions via its dedicated teams for Banking & Insurance, Capital Markets, Financial Center Development, legal and policy enforcement, etc.

C. Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts

The ADGM Courts provide a fully independent, common law framework to adjudicate civil and commercial disputes. Broadly based on the English legal system, it has jurisdiction over civil and commercial cases and disputes in accordance with ADGM's regulations and rules and appeals against decisions made by ADGM Authorities
